My girlfriend and I had a breakdown with our car on a Saturday afternoon around 6pm and we decided
to call M2u Mechanics Australia in case anyone could help us. We were answered by a person
named Ricky and he promised us to check our car after 9 p.m. At 9pm he sent me a text message
confirming that he would come to check the car. My girlfriend and I spent 5 hours in the street waiting
for this man but he never showed up. We were calling him but he never picked up the phone.
It is the first time I write a feedback on internet but it is well deserved.
This person is an irresponsible and unprofessional. I would never leave my car in his hands.
