    Lack of communication. Struggle to get in contact with them after days of calls and texts.
    Their Gumtree ad claims that all extensions are in stock yet I've been struggling with this company for the past 6 weeks trying to figure out where the hell my extensions are seeing as they originally quoted me 3 weeks to get the right colour ordered in. The wait would be tolerable if the girls would put an effort into keeping customers updated and returning calls.
    Still awaiting my extensions, so far from this experience I would not reccomend dealing with this business, purely based on lack of being able to contact and lack of communication.
    This is absolutely no way to run a successful business and keep customers happy.
