  Went here today to help my mum find some homeped shoes. They only had a small number of sizes displayed but I noticed that the cabinet where the shoes were displayed had other boxes with the sizes in it. I was very neatly looking at the boxes of shoes trying to find my disabled mum the right size as there were no staff around to give us a hand at that time. All of a sudden a female staff member was yelling at me from the other side of the shop telling me how dare I open up the cabinet to look at other sizes!!! Then her and another female staff member came charging towards us, raising their voices as they did so in what was a busy pharmacy. Highly embarrassing and upset my mother. I could not believe it. My young daughter was also with me- to be yelled at like this in a store in front of a child is highly unacceptable. If my mum did not need the shoes she would have walked out. Under no circumstances should customers be treated this way. It is absolutely disgraceful. I have worked in customer service many years and would never ever consider talking to a customer like that. If they had a problem with me going through the cabinet they should have quietly approached me. Not started yelling at the other side of the store and charging over like two hippopotamuses at the zoo fighting over their next meal. I will never be going to this place again. And I have encouraged my mother not to go there too. It's such a shame she has to get her medications from this place though. She has had many problems with them before. She has said many of the staff at the store have nasty attitudes. It's time that jobs are given to people who really want them and will do them properly, not rude obnoxious women like these. Disgraceful. One star because you can't give less than that. Upper management need to read all these one and two star reviews. It is evident staff at this place need simple training in customer service skills.

  Just had a very rude assistant serve me today. Previously to this my experiences have been okay. The last thing a sick mother with a sick child needs is an unhelpful and sarcastic assistant behind the counter.

  This isn’t my regular chemist however I came in one super busy day last week. I was met with excellent customer service by tall male named Adir. Despite the big queue he was friendly and willing to go out of his way to help me. I will definitely consider this as my first choice chemist!

  Came in at 4:20 and they made it very clear they didn’t want to help me. Rude ignorant staff. My escript had run out for antidepressants and I know for a fact that they can help tie you over until you can see a GP. They flat out said no, they wouldn’t help me, even though I was on their system. Why work in customer service if you don’t want to help? The lady with dark hair and lots of makeup was really condescending. The rest of them were standing around doing nothing. Would give 0 stars if I could.

  WORST STORE EVER! Should have read the reviews before I booked in my daughter for her covid vax. The staff here are horrible. I have never met such unfriendly sales assistants. One was named Lizzi, did not catch the other female workers name. One literally yelled at me from a few metres away. I was grabbing 1 box of Paracetamol and 1 Ibuprofen. She thought I was grabbing more of the same one and she yelled "4 maximum only!". I turned around and when she saw I had 2 different types of tablets, she turned her back to me and the other girl said its okay they are different. She didn't even apologise or have the decency to speak to me with her "inside" "customer friendly" voice. WILL TELL EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS STORE unless you want to experience bad customer service or imagine your in Karen's Diner.

  Awesome stuff there and a old friend of mine works there and they always come up to my wife and I and talk to us n see the kids and ask how our day is
