  Went today to get WAXSOL for my dad on the way to home from work as my dad had cold and flu symptoms. Even though my dad is the member and I'm happy to show them the membership detail photo in my phone which my dad send me, they refuse to give me the ear drop at membership Price. So frustrating. I even said to them that my dad is happy to talk over the phone to give consent but The lady who I spoke to me was not helpful at all. I think membership fee paid yearly
  is a waste of money

  Very ordinary service. My 86 year mother purchased a blood pressure machine their 6 weeks ago, and was not able to bring unit in sooner given her age and no longer having her licence. When I came to return it as it was not working as easy as her previous unit and giving constant errors, an extremely rude blond lady refuse to give a refund, because she says it was too long a time, and that she had to wait for her boss to return the following day to see if anything could be done about - my mum has been a customer their for over 40 years, and for a $100 item, this is how she’s gets treated. There are ways to talk to be people as well, and this lady should not be on the front counter !!! Extremely rude!!

  Meg the pharmacist is so helpful and kind.
  The one time I saw her for advice. She was so welcoming and helpful and just really knew her stuff, made me feel very comfortable.
  100% would go back just to see meg.

  Awesome friendly staff who treat you like a human not a number and take the time to help people out on the floor ie look for products even when theyre really busy they make you feel very welcomed and have a sense of humour 10/10

  My family & I have been regular customers for over 30 years. All staff including the pharmacists are all very friendly & helpful & show a very caring manner to their customers. As a long term customer they sometimes help me out with advise re over the counter medications or questions re my scripts - on the phone so my husband can pick things up if I am unwell & unable to drive - which has been an issue for me for some time. If they don't have something in stock they order it & call when it's in. It's also great that members get 20% off over the counter medications,cosmetics. vitamins etc My only real gripe is that they don't offer any footwear such as Homy Peds or Scholls or a big range of greeting cards any more as perfumes & toiletries,,make up,vitamins,gift ware & pet items seem to have taken up most retail areas of the store. Obviously these items have a higher mark up for them so customers miss out .Because of this I do have to sometimes shop elsewhere where I don't get my 20% discount so this is why only a 4 star..
